    Ropinirole is a non-ergoline dopaminergic agonist. It reduces dopamine deficiency by stimulating striatal dopamine receptors.  It acts in the hypothalamus and pituitary to inhibit prolactin secretion.

     

     

     

    Indications

    Treatment of Parkinson’s disease in the following cases:

    • initial monotherapy in order to delay the necessity of starting a treatment with Levodopa.
    • Combination therapy with Levodopa, when during the course of the disease the effect of the Levodopa becomes exhausted or unstable, and fluctuations appear (exhaustion phenomena or “on-off” motive phenomena).

  • Description

    Bicalutamide is an oral nonsteroidal antiandrogen cytostatic, which is devoid of other endocrine activity. It connects to androgen receptors without activating gene expression and thus inhibits the androgen stimulus. It is used to treat prostate cancer, and hirsutism.

     

    Indications

     

    –  For treatment of advanced cancer of the prostate in combination with analogue of LHRH or operative castration.

    The drug product is indicated for treatment of adult men.

    – Chest infections such as bronchitis and pneumonia;

    – Skin and soft tissue infections such as cellulitis, folliculitis or erysipelas.
