    Sinepar is a medicine that combines the aromatic amino acid carbidopa monohydrate (a decarboxylase inhibitor) with levodopa (a metabolic precursor of dopamine) in a prolonged-release tablet.

    Indications

    Sinepar is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
    Parkinson’s disease is a chronic disease characterized by delayed and unstable movements, muscle stiffness and tremor. If left untreated, Parkinson’s disease can make your daily routine difficult.

    The active ingredient of Cardesart is Candesartan cilexetil. It belongs to group of drugs called angiothensin II receptor antagonists. It acts by dilatation of your blood vessels. This decreases your arterial blood pressure. It also eases your heart in pumping blood around your body.

    Indications

    • treatment of increased arterial pressure (arterial hypertonia) in adult patients
    • treatment of adult patients with cardiac deficiency and weakened function of cardiac muscle, in addition to treatment with ACE-inhibiting drugs (treating cardiac deficiency)

  • Description

    Isosorbe contains isosorbide mononitrate, which belongs to a group of medicines called organic nitrates. Isosorbide mononitrate works by widening arteries that supply blood and oxygen to the heart and reduces the risk of angina (chest pain), which occurs when the blood supply to the muscles of the heart is restricted.

    Indications

    Prophylactic and long-term treatment of angina pectoris.

    Perindopril is part of group of drugs called ACE-inhibitors. It acts by dilatation of the blood vessels. This makes easier for your heart to pump blood within the body.

    Indications

    • Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertonia)
    • Treatment of cardiac insufficiency (state, where your heart can’t pump enough blood to answer all the needs of the organism)
    • Reduces the risk of cardiovascular incidents like myocardial infarction in patients with stable form of cardiac coronary disease (state, in which flow of blood in the heart is lowered or blocked) and in patients who had myocardial infarction and/or surgery for widening of blood vessels
